We are fortunate to have a committed group of parents who support the pre-school with their fundraising efforts. The children have enjoyed a range of fundraising activities – from bake sales, to superhero parties and a fabulous summer fete at Fuzzy’s Farm.
In 2024-2025, the fundraising team made over £4500 for the preschool. We are so grateful for all of the hard work everyone put in to make such an incredible amount of money and to everyone who supports our events – including our fantastic sponsors (please see posters below).
Coming Up:
We are very excited to share the date for our Summer Fete! The festivities will take place on Sunday 5th July 2026, 2-4pm. We are currently accepting applications from food trucks and local businesses to be part of our summer fete. If this is of interest, please do get in touch!

Past Events:
The fundraising team have been working on some new events for the parents too – our first pub quiz took place in March! It was a big success and raised over £500 for the preschool. Thank you to everyone who took part and to the generous raffle prizes donated by local businesses, including The Old Mill, Berkhamsted, where the quiz took place.
Easter Hunt & Sing-a-Long
Another exciting activity took place on the last day of the spring term! The Easter Bunny visited Potten End with a fun trail around the Spencer Holland Play Area. Even the threat of rain didn’t stop the excited egg hunters and they were thrilled with their goody bags and chocolate eggs at the end. The perfect accompaniment to a slightly soggy spring picnic – a sociable way to end the term. Along with the donations for tea and coffee at the Easter sing-a-long, these events raised over £150 for the preschool. Thank you!
